How to Choose Flooring for your Home
The housing market is booming. After speaking with many of my realtor friends, they all agree that, as of right now, it’s a hot sellers’ market. Whether you’re buying a turnkey home, one that is in major need of repairs, or a home where you would like to spruce it up and make it your own style, one question that many clients tend to ask is “How to Choose Flooring in Your New Home?”
I, along with many other brilliant and talented flooring professionals, was asked by Redfin to give my advice on choosing flooring for your new home. I am a firm believer that hardwood offers the best return on your investment. While hardwood floors are more expensive as an upfront cost, they can last 10x longer than most other floor coverings on the market. Not only do they last longer, but throughout the years, you have the option of updating your hardwood through screen and recoating and sanding and refinishing.
Luckily, Redfin has compiled a list of some major players in the flooring field. They all have wonderful and informative advice on How to Choose Flooring in Your New Home. Click on the link to read the full article.
